Yoga with Sita

 

Join Sita for gentle, uplifting Zoom yoga classes rooted in the Sivananda tradition. 

With 25 years of teaching experience, Sita offers a rare opportunity to deepen your practice in a supportive and welcoming space. 

She also shares a very unique contemporary perspective on yogic philosophy.
 

Mondays at 6:00 PM 

Thursdays at 7:00 PM
 

Each 1 hour 15 minute class includes:

Breath exercises (pranayama)

Gentle warm-ups

Basic yoga asanas

Deep relaxation (Savasana)

$15 per class
 

Payment via Venmo or Zelle.
