The Full Moon energy is a sacred time to reconnect, renew, and realign with your deepest intentions. Rooted in ancient tradition, the full moon is a powerful time of illumination – revealing what is ready to grow and what is ready to be released. This weekend offers a natural rhythm for meditation, reflection, intention-setting, and stepping into deeper harmony with yourself and the world around you. This retreat weekend includes a music-infused meditation, gently guiding you into deep relaxation while helping you plant and empower your Full Moon intentions through healing sound.

On Saturday night, we’ll raise our collective vibration with a heart-opening kirtan concert, led by Sita accompanied by percussionist Kalki Dev, inviting joy, devotion, and soul-level expansion through sacred chant.

Come nourish your spirit, and share a weekend of intention, and transformation at the ashram.

As the days grow shorter and autumn paints the world in vibrant colors, it is good to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly nourishes our hearts.
